Industrial Machine Controller

Project requiring upgrade from mechanical button operation to touchscreen menu system ​that would fit into an existing metal chassis. 

We designed a custom ARM-based board optimised to seamlessly integrate into the original product structure with full Linux technical support and driver integration​. 

The system drives an IPS TFT touchscreen display, optimised for gloved-touch operation, and a custom cover lens for safety compliance. 

The result was a robust, user-friendly interface that maintained the product’s durability and functionality in demanding settings.

An advanced embedded system for a mobile blood-testing lab, combining an NXP-based System on Module (SOM) for efficient computation and an STM32 MCU for precise real-time sample preparation.
